Log in, open your account, and click cancel — done. The monthly package stops renewing immediately and you keep your picks through the period you've paid for. You can also cancel from inside your PayPal account.

Do the season, 6-month and 1-year passes auto-renew?

No. The Football Season Pass, 6-Month VIP and 1-Year VIP are one-time payments with a fixed end date. We email you before a pass runs out so there's no gap in your picks — only the $447 monthly package renews automatically.

Terms of Service.

Effective August 2026. These terms govern your use of dominatorpickswinners.com and the Dominator Sports picks subscription (the "Service").

1. What the Service is — and isn't

Dominator Sports provides sports information, analysis, opinions and entertainment: daily emailed selections ("picks") covering NFL, college football, NBA, NHL, MLB and related wager types. The Service is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not handle gambling funds. Whether, where and how much you wager is entirely your decision and your responsibility, including compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You must be 21 or older to use the Service.

2. No guarantee of results

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance — including the 2025 football season's 63% win rate and +21 units — does not guarantee future results. You can lose money following any handicapper, including this one. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Billing

Monthly Access ($447/month): billed through PayPal and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page or from your PayPal account; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the period already paid.

4. Refunds

Because picks are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final once service has begun. If a billing error occurs — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us and we will make it right promptly.

5. Personal use only

Your subscription is for your personal use. Redistributing, reselling or republishing the Gazette or any pick — including to forums, groups, chats or social media — is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

6. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, other members, or these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominator Sports' total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
